1. Who is responsible
This website is operated by Cyron Intelligence, the cybersecurity product development division of LogicSense Technologies Private Limited, Rajkot, Gujarat, India (company identification number U72200GJ2013PTC077569). LogicSense Technologies Private Limited is responsible for the personal data described in this notice ("we", "our", "us"). Our full details are in the legal notice.
This notice covers cyronintel.com only. The Cyron API Security service and its website, cyron.io, have their own privacy policy.
2. What we collect
- Contact forms. When you use one of the two forms on our contact page, we receive your name, work email, company, role, the options you select and the message you write.
- Insights sign-up. When you sign up for notes from our Insights page, we receive your email address.
- Visits. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is needed to deliver the page and protect the site.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange an evaluation, an engagement or a design partner conversation. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in replying to it.
- To send the Insights notes you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To deliver, secure and count visits to this website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working site.
We use these details only for these purposes. We do not sell personal data.
4. The service providers we use
These providers process personal data for us, on our instructions:
- Hosting and delivery: Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Serves the website and protects it from attacks. It processes your IP address and request details for each visit. We do not keep these request logs ourselves.
- Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.). Counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. We see aggregated figures only.
- Form service: Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Receives what you submit through the contact forms and the Insights sign-up, and forwards it to our mailbox.
The fonts on this website are hosted on the site itself, so no outside font service receives your IP address. The security news feed fetches headlines through this website's own server, so your browser does not contact the news sources until you choose to open an article.
5. International transfers
We are based in India, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves your country, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Security
This website is served over encrypted connections (TLS), and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need to answer them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Have your data deleted
- Object to or restrict processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time
