Our Mission

See what runs. Measure what it does. Prove what happened.

Security has spent two decades getting good at blocking. It is still remarkably bad at evidence. Ask most organisations to demonstrate what their systems actually did, and they can hand you a policy document.

Cyron Intelligence exists to close that gap. We build three products on one closed loop, each solving one layer of the same problem, and we build them so they can run inside your own infrastructure rather than ours. Our job is to put intelligence-grade security within reach of any organisation, whether it is shipping its first product or answering to a market surveillance authority.

Our Vision

Defences that anticipate, and records that hold up.

We picture a world where every organisation can see threats coming, where security is proactive instead of reactive, and where the gap between a startup's defences and an enterprise's is measured in intent, not budget. And where, when someone asks you to prove it, you can.

What we do

Three ways we close the security gap.

Build products

Cyron API Security protects APIs from the kernel. Cyron AI Security protects what AI agents send to tools and to each other. Cyron AI Compliance, in development, will turn that record into regulator-ready evidence.

Our products

Advise teams

When a product cannot reach the problem, our consultants do. AI Act applicability, governance readiness, technical documentation and adversarial testing, delivered by the people who architect the products.

Our services

Research threats

Continuous offensive research keeps us ahead of emerging attacks, from API abuse to the failure modes of agentic AI, and it feeds directly into the taxonomies our products report against.

Our insights
Our Approach

Offensive mindset, defensive discipline.

We think like attackers so we can build like the people who stop them, and we say what our systems cannot do as clearly as what they can.

Offensive research

We study how attacks actually evolve, then design defences from that vantage point rather than from a checklist.

Evidence over assertion

Every finding carries how it was established, not just what was concluded. We never present the absence of an observation as proof of safety.

Prudent AI

AI earns its place where it adds genuine signal, like forensic reasoning and anomaly detection. It may draft narrative; it never authors a judgement that a human should own.

Gap-first development

We build only where there is a real gap. If a problem is already solved well, we will point you to what solves it.

Sovereign by construction

On-premise deployment that keeps your traffic and findings in your own network is not a marketing position here. It is the architecture, and it is what makes a small vendor procurable in a regulated environment.

Flexible delivery

Self-serve SaaS for fast teams, the full platform on your own servers for regulated ones, and a fully air-gapped product for AI agents.

Founder

Built by someone who has designed the systems being attacked.

Shreyans Bhatt

Founder, Cyron Intelligence

Sixteen years in enterprise architecture, now applied to AI security: adversarial measurement, agent-layer enforcement and security evidence generation. He founded Cyron Intelligence in 2024, leads its product architecture and delivers the consulting engagements personally.

The transition is not a change of profession. The security problem these products address is not primarily a machine-learning problem, it is a systems and boundaries problem. An AI agent is dangerous not because its model is imperfect but because it has been granted the ability to call tools, read data stores and send traffic outward, and because the instruction to misuse those grants can arrive inside ordinary-looking content. Deciding which action crosses which boundary, what the authoritative record of that action must be, and where the enforcement point has to sit so that it cannot be bypassed, is enterprise architecture work.

What transfers directly

  • System boundaries and integration contracts become the agent boundary: the point where tool lists, calls and responses are inspected.
  • Placing decision and enforcement points becomes the choice between a gateway that refuses a call and a kernel sensor that blocks its source.
  • Designing for auditability in regulated environments becomes the durable finding, classified to a public standard, that compliance functions consume.
  • Graceful degradation becomes transparency: a control status report that shows exactly what is inspected, instead of silently under-reporting.
  • Working within on-premise, air-gapped and sovereign constraints becomes the entire deployment posture.
